BSC Supported Living provides specialist supported living services for adults in the Midlands, including:

  • Substance misuse recovery support
  • Dual mental health support
  • County lines and exploitation support
  • Independent living skills development
  • Halfway house and peer shared home accommodation

3. Eligibility and Referrals

Our services are available to individuals aged 18+ who meet our assessment criteria. Referrals are accepted from:

  • Local authority housing and social care teams
  • NHS and mental health services
  • Probation and criminal justice partners
  • Drug and alcohol services
  • Family and self-referrals (subject to assessment)

4. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Follow our house rules and guidelines
  • Respect other residents and staff
  • Engage constructively with support plans
  • Maintain confidentiality of other residents

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

BSC Supported Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Safety of residents or staff is compromised
  • Services are no longer appropriate for the individual
  • Legal or regulatory requirements are not met
